Busay Falls, with its staggering height, clear water, and unique rock formations, is just one of many natural treasures hidden in the province in Albay.
Busay Falls is located in Malilipot in the province of Albay. It is considered as one of the highest waterfalls in the country because of its seven-tiered cascading white foam. It is estimated to have a vital height of 800 feet from the top. The first catch basin forms below where hundreds of bathers could refresh themselves from the scorching heat of summer. It is accessible only by foot trail.
A 45-minute drive away from Legazpi City, the Busay Waterfalls is an enchanting natural gem with a bustling forest and waters cascading down the mountain and the rocks. The Busay Waterfalls is a 7-tiered waterfall and sometimes called “7 Falls”. The first 2 levels are easy to get to. To hike to the top will depend on your energy for the day. For a more relaxing day, picnic cottages are available for rent should you wish to just enjoy the water and the forest.
